Level A
EBC*L level A (Core Knowledge) provides the practice-oriented and realizable business competence which is really necessary for all persons in their daily practice. In the logical hierarchical process of self-contained learning, level A is applied as the innermost core of the curricular concept.
Level B
EBC*L Level B (Planning Knowledge) is the medium extended layer of competences for economic thinking and acting, which is used and needed in business organizations. This level comprises necessary knowledge for the realization of strategies to meet corporate objectives and to take the appropriate measures– under the condition of keeping operating efficiency permanently in mind.
Level C
Based on the knowledge of EBC*L level A (Core Knowledge) and EBC*L level B (Planning Knowledge), the competence which is really necessary for the executive manager in his daily profession can be acquired in very little time. The goal is the acquisition of elementary leadership competence, which is applied in practice independent of a leading position (hierarchy level).
The Training
The Training materials are prepared in a way that makes them easy to understand for everyone.
In the training, the appropriate knowledge is shortly repeated, applied, deepened and edited with social forms of learning according to RUDI-Principle. This modern education concept ensures highest learning efficiency (=maximum learning effect in shortest possible time). The whole learning time lasts 180 hours.
The Training is for 12 days for each level. Therefore the downtime is very little for all trainees concerned as well as for the companies.
The Cost
The cost of training as well as the exam and EBC*L certificate is very reasonable compared with other accountants, key persons and executive managers’ trainings.
USP
The learning targets catalogue is developed in close collaboration with the companies and focuses very close on those leadership tools and competences, which are really necessary in practice.
The definite learning catalogue provides participants and companies with a comprehensive knowledge of what they have to expect. The trainers also have a frame they can and have to take orientation at. In case several trainers conduct the training, overlappings and parallel courses are avoided.
The internationally consistent standard (learning target catalogue and exam) ensures a transnational homogeneous quality of the educational level. This is especially an invaluable advantage for companies operating on the international stage.
The training is conducted in accordance with the most advanced training methods. Frontal lectures are reduced to a minimum.
In a nutshell, the EBC*L certificate offers a state-of-the-art, most effective and meaningful accountants. key persons executive managers education.
